Law of Happiness

In 1922, Albert Einstein was in a japan tour and was staying in a hotel. After a sudden a bellboy delivered him a message but Einstein didnt have a tip so he just wrote down the theory of happiness and pleasantly gave it to the bellboy. But the shocking news here is the note recently sold for $1.5 million. In that note Einstein wrote that"A calm and modest life brings more happiness than the constant pursuit of success combined with constant restlessness"Cant believe that one of the most brilliant mind defined happiness as peaceful mind and a peaceful life but what the world thinks happiness actually is?We are constantly guided to "get this" "do that" "keep pushing yourself""work hard""Then only you could be happy".Suppose you want to buy a new watch because many of them are wearing it and it is looking cool and also it makes you happy. Then there is a question to you all that is will you be happy when you get it or when you no longer have any carving for that watch? Many of them think that big houses, supercars, the awards and accolades can make us happy but an actor named Jim Carrey said that "I wish everybody could be rich and famous so that they can see for themselves that this is not the answer".So on this international day of happiness as this video was taken on that day lets remember what Einstein said.Let's stop rushing through our days in the hopes of being happy sometimes in the future instead embrace a calm and modest way of life and experience all the happiness that we deserve right now.
